Through our integration with Shopify, we connect community engagement to sales impact, supporting community leaders in quantifying work that has historically been viewed as "upper funnel."
Brands on TYB can see the amount spent by their community, comparisons in spending behavior between community and non-community members and visualize trends across commerce critical metrics like AOV, LTV and order frequency.
In the coming weeks and months, we will continue expanding the visibility and utility of Community Commerce, empowering community managers to up-level their marketing strategy with community insights.
